Terms of service

WP Donkey is operated by Mind Hack, Inc., Middletown, Delaware, United States. These terms explain the account and download service offered at wpdonkey.com.

Your membership

Maker renews monthly and Builder renews annually. Studio Lifetime and Agency Lifetime are single-payment plans. The membership page and your checkout show the price, billing interval and daily allowance for the plan you choose. Prices are in US dollars.

Recurring membership access follows the period paid for. You can cancel future renewals through your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime access has no recurring fee and continues while your account and the WP Donkey service remain available.

Downloads and availability

Your allowance applies to downloads issued through your account. A daily period starts from your membership’s purchase time and resets every 24 hours. Your account shows the current allowance and next reset. The catalogue can change, and an individual product or version may be withdrawn.

Read the product details and installation requirements before downloading. Keep a backup of your website before changing its plugins or theme. Some features depend on separate services or accounts supplied by the original developer.

Software licences

Each software package retains its own licence and copyright notices. Your membership provides access to WP Donkey’s service; it does not replace the package’s licence or transfer ownership of a developer’s work. Rights granted by the GNU General Public License remain governed by that licence.

A WP Donkey membership does not include the original developer’s paid support, account, licence key or hosted services unless the product explicitly says so. Product names and marks identify their respective products. They do not imply that a developer endorses WP Donkey.

Your account

Keep your account credentials and private download links secure. Contact hello@wpdonkey.com if you believe someone has used your account without permission. We may restrict access that compromises the service or another person’s account.

Payments and refunds

Checkout shows the amount and billing commitment before you pay. A later price change does not change an already completed order. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
