WP Donkey is operated by Mind Hack, Inc., Middletown, Delaware, United States. This policy describes the information used to run your account, orders and downloads.

Information you provide

We use your name, email address, account details and relevant billing information to manage your account, process orders, provide downloads and answer your enquiries. Order and membership records help us establish which files and access periods belong to your account.

Payments

Checkout is provided through WooPayments, with WooPay available to eligible customers. Payment details are handled by the payment provider. WP Donkey receives transaction references, payment status and the billing information needed to manage an order. See Automattic’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy.

Downloads and security

Download records associate your account with a product, version and issue time. We use them to provide access, apply your plan’s allowance and investigate delivery problems. Our hosting and delivery providers may also process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the site.

Files are delivered using Google Cloud Storage. The download service receives the technical information required to send a file to your browser. Read Google’s privacy policy for its information practices.

Cookies and email

Essential cookies maintain your login and shopping cart. Blocking them can prevent those features from working. Account and order messages are sent to the email address you provide. Contact us at hello@wpdonkey.com about an account or delivery message.

Keeping and accessing your information

We retain account and order information for the service and for applicable accounting, legal and security obligations. You can update account details while signed in, or ask us to access, correct or delete personal information by emailing hello@wpdonkey.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained after an account closes.

Service providers

Information is shared with the hosting, file delivery, email and payment providers needed to operate the store. Those services may process information in countries other than your own. This policy will be updated when the store’s information practices change.
